Perhaps you are familiar with this situation: <\/strong>the next team weekend is coming up in a few weeks, or the next plenary meeting is going to be particularly controversial, and you are urgently looking for external support. Or you are organizing a panel discussion and simply cannot find anyone who is able or willing to moderate. The moderation pool is perfect for situations like these! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

You can submit a request via the website www.moderationspool.at<\/a><\/strong>, and depending on availability and requirements, a moderator will get in touch with you. You can then work out details such as compensation and other organizational matters directly. The only important thing is to allow for a lead time of at least 3\u20134 weeks (preferably more) to ensure that everything runs smoothly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The moderation pool does not organize any activities itself, but is merely a loose association of competent moderators who are closely involved with the movement.
